When justice is finally served, it's not in Shieldbro's kingdom. Naofumi had heard about it and thought of it no more as she was gone.

Then, unexpectedly, armed units and a courier deliver a 'video'. The King of that kingdom (Who was known for doing horrible things) thought that Naofumi would 'enjoy' seeing this.

Shieldbro initially was curious to see this, but armed guards were deployed around him to ensure he couldn't look away. A 'video' of him watching it was also to be recorded.

The courier invited others to watch as well, but they left after only a few minutes in. Some walked in and immediately left.

Well, it really depends on your definition of the term slave.

Naofumi only trusts slaves because they literally can't betray him due to the seal, it's more about his having trust issues than wanting slaves to order around or anything (especially since he starts acting more like their Mother when he's raising them in his village).

He actually does offer to remove Raphtalia's slave crest at one point though (he basically says, "I trust you, you don't need to have that crest anymore") but she refuses because it makes her feel connected to him.

I mean, I guess they are still slaves but he's just about the nicest owner they could possibly have and they would just be someone else's slaves (or dead) if he hadn't bought them anyway so it's hard to really know how to feel about the situation sometimes.

Atlas isn't his slave though since she can ignore the pain her slave crest causes and basically disobey him anyway.
