The manga will end with a fight between Eren and Armin.
Either:
Armin will kill Eren and stop him from genociding the world.

At this point it seems inevitable that Eren is going to become the thing he hates. After fighting so long to free humanity from the terror of the titans he'll use his power to deliver that terror onto the rest of the world.
Disagreement on how to handle the world hating them also seems like the only thing big enough to really drive a wedge between Eren and Armin's friendship.

Also I think if we do get an ending where Armin manages to stop Eren we'll also get additional sadness ontop of that. Like Armin has just managed to stop Eren from unleashing the wall titans on the world, then all the remaining characters hear the buzz of aeroplanes as Marley forces arrive to bomb the walls to hell.

Reiner has developed his split personality, so part of him relates to the Walldians, so I believe he will either change sides or betray Zeke at some important moment. Ymir has no feelings other than negatives towards most Marley and Eldians, I'm not sure how she feels about Walldians at large. Annie isn't special either, but her situation is and it was used as her main character trait. Wanting to go home is her motivation, not completing the mission for the higher ups, not for some greater good, not to bring down the Eldians. She just wants to go home.

Information doesn't change what the SL did, they didn't need special information to see that Bert and Reiner were disabled. They knew that in that condition neither posed a threat because they could not transform into titans. They murdered or tried to murder them anyway and did not for a second question whether it was the right thing to do. There was no debate about whether it was alright to execute a human being by feeding them to a titan, the only thing they had any debate about was who to feed that person to. That's a lack of humanity and compassion that BRA never showed, not even the Marco incident was that cold.

Also, I forgot to mention that even knowing what they know now they still obviously feel no different about the situation.
