Half the joke in Konosuba is that Kazuma's choice of cheat was a ridiculously good one. Despite everything about her, she is the primary reason the group has been so successful. Like Kazuma can scheme, Megumin can nuke things, and Darkness can tank, but they all wouldn't be worth shit if they didn't have the ridiculously bullshit safety net that is Aqua.

The LNs go over this. The spinoffs take the focus off Kazuma's group, and it's made very clear that everything Aqua does is complete and utter bullshit. Healing is by far the hardest of all the magics, and resurrecting the dead or breaking curses so casually shouldn't be possible. In the first Megumin spinoff finale, Katsuragi getting sucker punched turns what should've been a somewhat casual demon hunting affair into a crisis for the entire city of Axel because nobody can heal him quick enough and he was the only person strong enough to take on the enemy.

Everytime someone who isn't the main party takes on a boss, the story makes it very clear that they are absolutely the real deal. Like, remember Beldia? The Dullahan who got bullied to death? Wiz in the prime of her life tried to take him on (alongside an army) and got completely crushed. Her party managed to get out with their lives, but thanks to his curse (there was no Aqua to dispel it!), the rest of her party was going to die anyways.

To put it in perspective just how far above every other priest in the world Aqua is, in a later volume someone important is cursed by a demon and suddenly falls deathly sick. Not being an idiot, said person immediately assumes something fishy is going on and calls out to various high ranking priests all over the world to look him over and see what's wrong.

Not a single one of them could spot the cause.
