The popularity poll on Ryukishi's site has Mion at 1st and Rena at 4th. Doesn't seem that accurate though given that Rika and Rena tend to have more fanart.

Even still, being as popular as she is even though she probably had the least focus out of all of the other Higurashi girls is just testament to how much of a best girl she is.
