It was, but OP meant under rated, and after ANN's recent harsh gundam reviews (minus IBO which needs more scorn) X is the second most under rated after Evolve.

G-Reco is the most underrated.
X is the best Gundam series, but it doesn't count as underrated because it's sabotaged by Bandai as they prefer to pretend it never existed.
