You won't find much on any mangaka save for those who have the combination of being both author of something hugely popular and are also very prolific.
It's not about being a recluse. The culture is just that they generally don't care much about being some public person. After all, they're just artists drawing some comics.

I honestly really don't get why lazy mangakas like Miura and Togashi just don't hire an artist to handle their manga drawings. I mean, shit, they could probably emulate the artstyles if they're a good enough artist, and once they're able to do that, all they'd need to do is send them the storyboard and writing and continue where the last chapter left off.
