Is that concept trailer stated to be canon and is the basis for the next project? I can't remember if there's an interview confirming this. If so, here are some info:

1. Madoka can ballet, we didn't know this before.
2. Mami is glowing with sexual energy, has a cannon that reaches out to space (what is she shooting at?)
3. Homura is still the queen of the universe, and she didn't destroy it yet (in Rebellion she said she might destroy the universe)
4. Kyouko is fighting parrots
5. Sayaka is dead on the ground, also her bones are hanging from her body, also she wears mask.
6. There is a shot of Homura and Sayaka standing before a door (the most mysterious moment)
7. Madoka has fairy friends, other magical girls that will ruin the series.
8. Kyubey is watching and waiting. And since he's nigh immortal he'll probably be able to outlast everyone
