Tatsuya kinda ships her with Masaki. His "love at first sight" has been a thing since volume 3. Satou decides to dedicated 1/3 of a volume to his misadventures in Tokyo and thoughts of his goddess. Miyuki hasn't killed him after the objection ordeal and can actually tolerate him. I don't want to be that guy, but I think this is ending with either an open ending or platonic siblings. There's been hints it could go Katsuto x Mayumi and Masaki x Miyuki.

・魔装大隊、互いの立場を考えて達也と距離を置く方針（達也に依存しないためと達也と懇意になりすぎることでマテバの安易な使用を政府に考えさせないため）
・米軍によるマテバ魔法師捕獲計画が再始動。シルヴィアが日本に派遣される
・新ソ連、北海道沖で日本海軍と対峙。達也によりトゥマーン・ボンバ発動が阻止されるも、グラムディスパージョンが効かない魔法であることが判明→新ソ連撤退。
・師補十八家「十山家」の十山つかさ。国防軍（反佐伯派閥？）からの命令？で達也の身辺調査を開始。詩奈を利用して達也を試すことを計画中？
・司波兄妹、真夜様から本家へ召還命令が出る。
・九島家、十師族への返り咲きを画策。四葉との友好を深めることを画策（してるのは真言の長男・蒼司。でも光宣より遥かに劣る人物のため、光宣からは無意識に見下されてる）
・その流れで光宣も司波兄妹に会いに上京。しかし本家への召還命令が出てるため、七草邸へ
・師補二十八家若手会議。魔法師のイメージアップのために七草長男により「深雪、アイドル化計画」が提案。達也、同調圧力を突っぱねたことで他家から顰蹙を買う結果に
・エドワード・クラーク（レイモンドの親父？）がフリズスキャルヴの開発者でした。会議で達也の孤立を確認の後、達也を無力化or捕獲のために何らかの策を練る


起こったことはこんなもん？師族会議編よりは良い出だしのように感じた。信長の野望で言うところの「達也包囲網」が形成され始めた感じだった。次は動乱の序章編（下）。
