Hell as long as OT get's a proper finish including WW3 and so on, I think a lot of us index fans will be pleased. The series sells rather well though so there's really no need to make a S3 of Index besides bringing up new fans at this point. If the sales drop a little too much they might be like "fuck it let's drop S3" but meh.

Anyone have any info on how well the Railgun/Accel/Index manga are selling though? Monthly is pretty bad though, Accel is still in it's fucking Necromancer arc.
