The old one of course. As much as I hate the voice changes the character went through, I find Serena to be endearing in ways that Usagi really isn't until the Stars season in the anime. The original Jap does a fantastic job of using and developing all the secondary characters, but Usagi herself seems woefully lacking in self awareness. Being heavily flawed is an inherent part of her character, but what makes her really compelling when she's handled right is when she's conscious of how much of a fuck up she is and actively shows the capacity to feel guilt for this and becomes endearingly lovable for this quality.
