She was with them for ages and would have went through with it too, if they weren't stopped by someone else. Forgiving her for what she did was not believable, especially so quickly.

It's not just that, literally every time something dramatic happens there's always something to make everything back to normal by the end of the episode in a neat lil package.

The writer obviously wanted there to be dramatic and tense moments like that - but he never wanted to deal with the consequences of it. By a good way through the series you know that anything that happens doesn't matter because he always asspulls it back to normal at the end.

Her past can explain her actions, but it can't explain why they'd forgive her so quickly. It doesn't matter if people have a reason (although she didn't really other than her professional integrity, when it came to the kids), but it's unrealistic to expect the victims of said actions to forgive her. If someone was about to go through with murdering you would you forgive them literally straight after their plan was foiled? No, that's just stupid. Doesn't matter if she had a bad past.

It actually does. Because he you understand that she doesn't really know any other way to go through life, and you also know that she now knows better because of what just happened to her, it's understandable to forgive her.

It's not a contradiction, one is about the aggressor, other is about the victim.

It doesn't matter if you understand the motivations behind why people do things, it doesn't mean you forgive them.

At most being very understanding about her past would make them just not treat her as an enemy. However, realistically no one would ever trust her again, even if she had good motivations (she didn't, she was just angsty and needed to prove she was a cold assassin after getting lax).

Anyone who murders probably has a bad past.. doubt they're forgiven.
