Gaolan happens to be VERY skilled at dodging attacks.Ippo's move would be almost useless.

Not to mention his raw strenght is on a whole different level compared to Ippo.Gaolan's basic punches are stronger than the dempsey roll (creating not small holes,but fucking CRATERS when punching the ground with his full strenght).

Ippo would not be able to ever box again if he was to fight Gaolan
