Well to sum it up for you:

Mari Yuuki (twin-tail girl) who's acting friendly towards MC is actually faking it and she was the one who pushed her into the car. Her reason is because her father committed suicide because MC's father overworked him. So she wants venggence real bad. Mito has secretly been helping MC all this time along with Ren (who actually loves the MC). In the end MC and Yuki's group face off at the school which leads MC to fall out a classroom window and into a coma. Finally it reveals that the true mastermind behind all this revenge business is the male class rep, who's actually MC's half-brother.
