>Darker Than Black
10 years ago, all of them, incredibly succesful in their respective genres and all within a year of eachother...
where did the industry go? Did it rise? Did it fall?
Were any missed? did you move on from former waifus? Do you still have a waifu from this age?
Will we look on 2017 with nostalgia in 2027 you think?
Still upset that Bamboo Blade never got a second season
But they were 2007. Geass was 2006-2008, I'm sure there was a Hellsing Ultimate that got released in 2007, and I'm pretty sure Death Note was 2007 as well.
Gainax is finally doing the sequel to their first movie, so hopefully 2018 will be a good year, too.
But they still existed in 2007, and thus add to its value.
What other stuff? I can't remember anything interesting announced not by Yuasa, and to be honest what we've seen of his two movies was underwhelming.
Worth it to see Anno's (not) last asspull
>Code Geass Recap Movie
At least we'll have another Geass Sunday
It'll be shit
>Full Metal Panic
I literally can't remember the plot anymore
Worth it for all the terrible threads that will pollute /a/
>Panty & Stocking
The only things on this list I'm unironically looking forward to. Maybe Steins;Gate 0, Kizumonogatari, Yamato, and Nanoha.

Add Natsume and In this Corner of the World and you have a decent year, no need to be so dramatic.
2007 was exceptionally good but 2008 for example was nothing special.
Keep throwing (you)s at it and it'll go away
I re-watch Lucky Star at least twice a year.
It's weird. I don't have an obsession or nostalgia rush or anything, just can't help every six months or so watching it again.
Rewatching is really common here. It mostly comes up in threads where people talk about simultaneous watching though. Like a common set up is to watch one new show, in one window, and one or more other shows that you've seen before in other windows. It's pretty interesting if you've never tried it, although it's a bit hard to describe. It's sort of like the tone and memories and emotions from the show or shows you're more familiar with sort of bleed into the new one, and with each other. It feels kind of 'rich' or layered, or something like that. It's neat.
Full Metal Panic 4
>Full Metal Panic 4
2007 was 10 years ago. Fuck man. Just Fuck.
Baccano was something else, That show was just oozed class while being very unique to this day.
Such a shame it never got more.
>it's been 10 years
Tfw it's finally ending and Hinagiku still hasnt won the saimoe
