There's a lot of girls. The main one is Sagiri and the major side girls are Muramasa and Elf. They're more or less mixes of the Oreimo girls with like a few new varieties.

Examples
Sagiri = Kirino + Sakurai
Elf = Kirino + Kuroneko

And yes, it's far more harem-like than oreimo. But at the same time it makes it clear that Sagiri is destined to win. MC spends time and has fun with other girls but any progress that the other girls make is literally erased the moment he sees Sagiri. He loves her.
