It's a pity that we didn't get some kind of story where Elsie would be the power source for some demonic uberweapon which would be powered by her loneliness and sad feelings of being neglected and forgotten and never having known Keima because of alternate timeline manipulations, which then Keima would have to somehow undo by conquering her heart and giving her hope to become his little sister, since that would be the world that only God knows.
