No, it's not, but it was the most enjoyable anime of 2016. I can't think of a single one that came close other than JoJo.

Definitely not a masterpiece, but it's a good show. I'd say it's easily in the 7-8/10 range. /a/ only hates it because it got popular, much like how /a/ went absolutely bonkers over KLK (and then hated it once others started watching it). I'm fairly positive Youjo Senki will go through this cycle too.
