nah, that's how I've been feeling

I think the main reason is I don't feel we get enough downtime, or time fleshing out side characters. A lot of the characters in the series are firmly one note, and that's all there is to them. We also keep getting more characters added in.

The pace is a little too fast as well, so I don't feel the significance of events and such. Get your license, fight this guy, alright.

I dunno, it lacks emotion, and coupled with the problem of simple side characters, only a few of the characters really evoke passion out of me. Compare it to World Trigger where there's a shitton of characters and they often have a whole lot to them, even if we only see them for a short amount of time.

I'd rather see what their regular training and classes consist of rather than this weird one-off shit alluding to stuff that is going to happen in the future. I love the non-VA shit generally; the SoL dorm chapter was one of the best break/cool-down arcs I've seen in a long time, I liked the sports festival, I liked the special move training and equipment development stuff.

This whole thing with the third years is literally just to showcase that the internships (which aren't happening yet, and are implied to be something done later even if they let first-years do it) make a big difference because it turned The Big Three Autists from the lower rung students of their class to apparently better than the pros we've seen (which is a joke).

This felt like it should've come a bit later- we've had a lot of humbling, "the world is a big place" moments one after another already to the point I'm just like "what the fuck ever, of course" when Mirio just bodies the whole class. It's even more redundant after introducing Windy- a guy purportedly stronger than Todoroki.

Well, Bakugou friendship's with Kirishima is refreshing to me, its nice to see an asshole character thats cares for at least one person. I like when they get to interact, and considering one part of the novel its about Bakugou tutoring Kirishima, I'm hopeful Hori will show more of their relationship, and how it will help Bakugou

1.) Deku
>no one should be able to stop his super speed and super strength with 100% OfA, unless specifically created to counter him

>suffers from the classic "electricity is used to fry people!!" anime cliche (like fucking Pikachu); a strong enough shock (which he can definitely produce since his limit is 1.3 million volts) can easily stop your heart and that's instant paralysis + death if you don't get immediate help from a third party; he could even defeat Deku if the circumstances were right
3.) Mina
>virtually impossible to kill her without dying yourself in agony if you don't an ultra long range Quirk / high power sniper rifle and even then she might block the projectiles

>basically a different version of Mina, weaker in damage/protection potential, harder to use, but slightly more versatile Quirk
5.) Ochako
>the possiblities are endless, they use like 5% of her Quirk's full potential in the series because Hori lacks imagination; puke or not she can kill almost anyone in the series by giving them a handshake
6.) Tokoyami

7.) Bakugo

8.) Kirishima

Probably not, but Mirio's quirk does have at least two glaring weaknesses. First, he's still visible when he goes intangible, so light can still hit him - laser attacks are possible. Second, he needs to hold his breath to go intangible, so depriving the area of oxygen or tricking him into going tangible again in a spot where some poison gas has been released or something could also work. But since he can freely phase through objects it's not actually possible to capture him in an oxygenless environment, unless it's huge. I'm sure that his lung capacity is astounding too, even in the heat of battle.
