I'll explain this shit further because I'm bored as fuck.

I think it's more-so revenge for the generational "torture" in his family. His father has been inflicted with it, he's been inflicted with it (though we don't know how that got resolved, but probably how Kaato got arrested), and now the fact that Tsurugi will face thing is probably putting heavy stress on him.

He doesn't want his father to know of his actions probably under the classic reasons of "He won't understand the sacrifice I'm doing for my family." or some gay shit. He seems to have nothing against the family, but he knows everyone outside of MILF Monster and the eldest sons in said family wouldn't truly understand his perspective and how he sees the situation. There are only two people outside of Jobin that have had/will have the curse: Fruit Dad and Tsurugi. If we go by Fruit Dad's backstory, it's likely that he'll have to sacrifice himself to save Tsurugi when his time comes, unless Jobin does his thing.

I think he also has a thing against the Joestars, given most of this shit is more-so Johnny's sacrifice, but Jobin may see it as a curse caused by the Joestars. It's also something he can pin against Gappy since he himself is a fusion of two Joestars and he knows this completely. Jobin can see him as an obstacle to his family goals and as a burden. If Gappy wins, the Joestars win, and so does the curse. If Jobin wins, the Higashikatas win. It also makes sense if Fruit Dad doesn't want anyone to look into the family records if Jobin looked through the family history and developed a grudge.

It's just a thought, though.

If we go by the Holy Corpse theory, Jobin has the potential to both completely rid of the curse and spread it to someone else say Gappy for good ol revenge :^) with, mind the cringe name, Speed King: Love Train.

But yeah, Fruit Dad would likely go against Jobin's ideals and ways to fight the curse. I feel like Tsurugi will become inflicted near the end of JoJolion and its in a situation where either Jobin uses the Corpse or Fruit Dad sacrifices himself and only triggers Jobin into primal rage.

Barely, while the characters do develop there isn't some hamfisted 'loss of innocence' moment for any of them. At the start of the story (not the VERY start, but like a week after it) Josuke, Koichi and Okuyasu are three students who hang out and gossip about shit, and at the end of story they're still doing that in pretty much the same way as they always were, just a little more carefree and confident in themselves.

If you really look at it, DiU is about goofing off and scamming money. Josuke is a goofball who steals and tricks people. The whole serial killer thing is secondary to it being the silly, meaningless behavior of a kid, having a summer that he'll never forget, which is a broad trope that represents growing up, experiencing life, and becoming a man.

I'm sure Araki's got something good planned if he's teasing it this much, like how we didn't know what heaven actually was until the third last chapter and once you know what it is and look back at all of Pucci's scenes and character interactions it becomes incredibly obvious why he wanted it, and really sad too. Hopefully Jobin is like that too, there's plenty of room for tragedy in his past given the little we know and I don't think he's the way he is purely due to his own actions.

Vitamin C is actually really fucking good, like 9/10 Stand users are disabled if it so much as touches them plus it can leave a huge, possibly infinite amount of moving hand prints with the same function on whatever it touches. Not to mention a Stand rush with like 20 arms is gonna hurt even if they're individually weak, not even taking into account that just one slight bit of contact is needed to soften them into goo.

What in CH.61 the stand ability is what happened to the stand user. He will start to "see" someone who isn't well, and try to save them.
He will think its yashiuo, but its actually just the stand as an illusion. And before he gets hurt, he bumps into the real yashuio, before being defeated by the stand user/joubin.

It became a 'who is going to take the arrow first' run, something that was brought to us literally at the end of the arc... with Polnareff casually waiting for someone looking for Diavolo.

No reason for soul shifting, no reason for people randomly dying due to Polnareff's Silver Chariot Requiem. It doesn't even fit it thematically.

You expect for Giorno with his already ultra versatile stand to come up with something really cool to counter KC but instead you just get a 'no, you don't' from his Requiem form.

Jolyne-haters are really weird. It's perfectly fine and valid to dislike or be indifferent to a fictional character for pretty much any reason, but so many people who actively hate Jolyne seem to completely misinterpret her, loudly hate their own inaccurate idea of her, and then insist that everyone who likes the character only does so because she makes their genitals move.

What's even weirder are the people who hate her for being 'rude and arrogant' but adore characters like Joseph and Gyro. You can appreciate a girl character without judging her on whether she'd make a good GF or not.
