It's actually pretty fun. Pretty excited for the 3rd episode because of Succubus-sensei.

First episode was funny.
Unfortunately the Dullahan episode was slow and boring for my taste. Hikari starred the best moments.

It feels like a "watch this show for one girl" type deal. Like with Gabriel Dropout and Satania.

Except Snow bitch. Her manga arc is shit.

Personally would rather they take time introducing the characters instead of cramming it all into one episode so I think the pacing is fine.

I'm looking forward to Tetsuo and Succ-Sensei's developing arc, I like the animation and the voice actors, CG isn't abhorrent either.

it doesn't really capture the feel or charm of the book. It's not bad, but it doesn't offer anything over rereading the manga. I'll probably drop it.

It's great

I feel like this is one of the rare cases where the anime looks better than the manga.
Manga is nice, bit backgrounds are very minimalistic, an mangaka sometimes fucks up proportions of the characters. Shading is not that great either.
So the anime looks much more livelier in contrast.

It's going to be a slow one as well, unless they deliberately speed up some parts. So if you expect fast-paced romantic action, this is not the anime for you.

How many chapters is the Manga on and are they easy to find? One complaint I had at first was how few girls there for a monster girl show but the character's getting so much time makes up for it.

The chapters are only like 10 pages long, and there's only like 30 chapters. I read it on Mangafox because I'm a pleb but it's out there on all the anime torrent sites too

It's good, but it takes a backseat to Gabriel Dropout and LWA. It's better than Dragon Maid, i'll give it that.

Well since I haven't seen any them, I can't comment on AOTS. Konosuba really fell flat or I just don't like it anymore. I'm looking forward to Rakugo as well after the first season but if Konosuba is anything to go off of, I shouldn't get my expectations to high up

The manga is super-duper cute and heartwarming if you're into that sort of thing. It reads quick, almost like it was a 4-koma even though it doesn't use that panel layout except for an actual 4-koma at the end of each chapter.

it fills a different spot than GD, DM, and LWA. It occupies a similar kind of space as Flying Witch in my mind. There are moments of humor, but not really a lot of conflict.
Its more focused on exploring its characters instead of how they explore the world.
LWA is meant to be magical girl cutesy, GD is more sarcastic and crass in tone, and DM is more unrestrained in its visuals and the behavior of its titular character. None of these things are bad, but they don't have the same feel as Demi-chan's relaxed atmosphere.
