Sad indeed. I'm glad we get to see what's going on with these two, but I wasn't expecting this much darkness
But out of the darkness comes sweet healing. Ebumi best boy.
You mean airing? Two cour.
I know this is sports, but anyone else enjoying the family involvement and backstory?
I usually get half way through or even to the end of other series still wanting to see it.
I do, it helps understand characters better. Kinda wish they could show these backstory episodes a bit sooner though.
to be fair, a few of them look like girls
Ded series, ded thread.
so who has watched the anime and read the manga?
which one is better?
I feel like the anime covers far more than the manga does
>most obvious for me was the beach episode
but then the anime also sometimes leaves things out
>I feel like the scene with the coach's wife was better covered in the manga
For a guy with horns. he sure has a real devil in his family.
>onii-chan turned abusive
>join rugby team
>only joy now is rugby
>onii-chan kill your rugby
I feel this guy.
I like it, kinda strengthen the camaraderie aspect of the sport and the characters' motivation in participating them.
I feel like the show would be better without that stuff, also feel like the show has been pretty slow lately.
The sad piano in this scene was super effective.
Great episode, his brother jab about fags in rugby was hilarious.
Apparently there is endcard now or did I miss the previous episodes endcard too?
These fucking sad episodes have me bawling.
I'm glad Ebumi is such a fucking bro, What a glorious friend he would be.
and then there's this guy...
>He must be part ogre
>or there must have been something in that shaved ice
>like what's wrong with his fucking eyes
>why are they black?
>did the mangaka say to herself:
>Well shit, I've run out of eyedesign ideas, let's just go for it
>join college rugby team
>quit a after a month and a half because interfering with /fit/ness
>catch up on all out this week
>tfw last 2 eps are about guys quitting
Damn this feels pretty bad.
Also at the rate the show is going it seems like it wont get to the playoffs, unless they make all the matches one episode long or do a montage, unless they dont make it at all.
Im split. I like the back story but I think that the benefit of adaptations is potential rearranging of events. I know that's tricky, and I do like development, but I want to see some game time.
Did Amase cram in too much individual story? Kind of suck when you already consider that Captain is a third year and this is it for him, so we kind of need to see all this now.
>unless they dont make it at all
that would be depressing
it is Mutsumis and Sekizans last year
>and Raitas too
I want them to make it
maybe they actually planned like two seasons?
with episode 15 done and with this being a 25 episode- season...
and then there's teh training camp
and they still have to go against THIS
Talented/Top players need to have weird/unique designs to stand out though.
One of the best thing about sport shows.
My bad. I didn't notice.
I am often in the middle of appointments and trying my best to keep the thread going.
Does that make you regret as in push yourself or you know you can't spread yourself too thin? Either way, good you going for it, Anon.
And I think we'll be good. We have to finish up something major by the end. Then
>SEE YOU SEASON TWO!!
Someone put this together. Enjoy I guess.
