>[anon] Mahoutsukai Precure! - 48.mkv
First for comfy bear!
Nope, most of us will be celebrating once the Mahos are finally gone.
I might miss Mofu a bit, but that's all.
I don't care about Mirai and Liko, but I'll miss their daughter.
I'm sure it will rise to the occasion.
I'm going to catch up on 40 episodes of MahoPre before the next one is out. Which is better: Anon or Imagination Station? Obviously I'll go Naisho for the episodes that they are available.
Imagination Station = Doremi.
Doremi endorsed IS but it's actually a pretty different style of localization than they do, with a bigger push for anglicized jokes, fully translated names and such.
Anon is closer to baseline translation and suffers from being small and new to the game so QC is a thing. But I think the big speeches and particularly emotional moments are especially well done.
Me neither. As long as the subs are not troll-tier mistranslations, I only use them as a guide for when I want to be sure in something, but I can follow child shows just fine without subs.
But the raws are fine, then again so are anon's.
>this much projecting
GoPri is as childish as the other ones. It simply develops a theme and is not mindless fun overall. This is something many childish morning anime have done as well, like Ashita no Nadja for example, it tells a serious story while still being for people of every age.
Also, you are saying that hate for childish things has become bigger since GoPri, yet you admit that Smile is liked more now than later, even in your projection you still contradict yourself. Fresh was also never deemed as bad for not being serious while GoPri was airing, and people actually looked forward to magical adventures in Maho since the leaks. People around here not liking childish things while watching little girl cartoons is the biggest lie ever.
In fact, the only one that would care if their series is mature or not while watching Precure, is a little girl.
I don't think anyone gives a shit as long as it's actually fun. Everyone has shit on HaCha for example, but the threads were always active and people still enjoyed and talked about it as it aired.
I must have these.
Has that ever happened?
I'll miss Haa and
Kouchou, but I can't say I'll miss Maho.
>still no Haruharu wife
Life, we need to talk.
There is literally a dozen better choices, but Haru is for headpats and hugs, not marriage.
>p-people just want a mature Precure!
Oh boy, it's you again. Strange how Fresh has been well loved for being mostly just fun, isn't it? It couldn't possibly have something to do with people wanting a season that's entertaining, right? You know, not boring as shit?
Fresh was the series where the fourth member actually fucking died and the main enemy was a computer who controlled a dystopian society where lives were curated and his minions decided who lived and who died
Look at all that shock on their faces.
The only things I like about GoPri is Haruharu and Pafu.
Wow, this is less than half an episode in. I could have sworn 24 minutes had passed.
Friendly reminder that Haruharu is the Leg no Princessu
You mean that exclusive stuff from the Pretty Store? I had already forgotten that was a thing.
I know I have some pics but I can't find them in my folders.
As far as I know those CDs were only decorative stuff.
>google for idol precure
>nothing but fanfic seasons in the goddamn wiki
>KiraKiraPretty Cure A La Mode is the second Pretty Cure season to consist of five members with the theme colors of pink, yellow, blue, purple and red. The first being Doki Doki! Pretty Cure.
>KiraKiraPretty Cure A La Mode is the first season where all of the Cures wear full gloves instead of the usual arm warmers or bracelets.
I love Otome's little sis, but would I stir her pot if she asked me.
>Animal Ears and Tails
Are they purposefully aiming for the sex pervert market?
There aren't any kids left to market to.
If only. I think PreCure is probably the least "pervert marketing" little girls' show around.
Haa-chan got redpilled.
Damn, that's true. Well, I guess it can be at the same level of those 3.
I was happy this last year, I can recall like 7 or 8 episodes that made me smile in Maho
and there was other good shit outside Precure.
Rikka isn't in any group.
Mistic Diva (Makoto and Eren)
Triple (Love, Megumi and Mana)
Urara & Kirara
MVP (Nagisa, Saki, Rin, Akane and Nao)
Haruka, Nozomi and Mirai
Erika & Hime
Honoka, Tsubomi, Yuri and Ako
Miyuki, Yayoi, Mai and Komachi
Secret Lives (Kotoha and Kurumi)
There are many, many awful final fights. I know we like to cry about how Maho is making the sky fall, but it would have to be exceptionally bad (even by this season's standards) to be the worst.
>poor Nozomi, she won't get into a team
>Haruka, Nozomi and Mirai
All you really need to do is replace Mirai with someone else
My favorite series are
Fresh, GoGo, and Max Heart
Haa was always the pink. It's just been more obvious since Felice. She's the one center in group shots, the one pulling their weight in fights, the one giving the few actual speeches, and she's the one driving of the plot. Even when she was just a little baby, she was the only one who didn't give up against Gamets and to keep fighting despite being powerless.
Basically Maho is a fucking trainwreck that made the main duo it hyped so hard completely useless background characters.
>First episode was great. I won't miss you, GoPri.
>Mirai is everything I expected her to be and more. I don't wait to wait another 7 days for the next episode.
Get rekted faggot
>literally *teleports behind you*
Memes are real
I was a Yuyu Hakusho and Saint Seiya kid back then because i was already an edgy hipster.
Don't listen to those rapists, Lala. I love you and I would like to have sex with you. I will understand I you don't want, but please consider my feelings. I really want you to be happy.
I want Maho to end so i can watch GAO and squirrel.
Doki had the prettiest EDs.
After watching that, I need to get me a refreshing beverage.
>Started watching Smile
>Later I'm going through Netflix
>"Oh yeah, that. Fuck it, I'll punish myself."
It took less than 20 minutes to wound my soul. Holy Christ, what a pile of shit.
Smile is shit
Glitter Farce is that shit that was eaten and then puked, and then eaten again
Smile was the lethal wound to Precure and has been hemorrhaging ever since with only a couple of band aids to stop the bleeding
Doki and Hacha were the best, Sadly it looks like the original 3D models for the Gopris and Mahos were done by the same shitty team that did Fresh-Suite along with Sailor Moon Crystal, despite them being polished up later.
The legs on the models for the Kiras have me hoping they've come back to make them from scratch again like they did from Smile-Hacha.
I wasn't and I know I wasn't the only one. I was complaining about the shitty trailer and how bad the transformation looked as well as the "granny up rapapa" age up crap which I hated. I never bought into the stupid "Toei can't fuck up witches" crap people were spewing. Miraifag posting his shit about wanting GoPri to end already didn't help in me not liking Maho before it started either.
I remember that. It was the day I realized Bukki was for true and not a bot. Kinda like when you find out there's no real Santa but in reverse.
I wonder how much he had to spend on dental surgery thanks to us.
I'm going to destroy Mana's anus.
Don't be rude.
You're in the fashion club when this guy steals your waifu's heart flower.
That's putting it mildly.
Thanks for ruining my morning, anon.
I want to make a family with Candy.
/pc/ is literally bipolar
Does this imply Mirai won't be able to see Haa-chan and Riko at the end?
It's a "the worlds are now safe, we must now return to our respective lives" ending.
But the link between worlds is still open so they'll meet again in a couple of years to elope or something.
But her thighs
There's also the focus on "colorful cooking battles" and "no fisticuffs".
I'm fully expecting some terrible live action cooking shit to take up at least two minutes of every episode.
Yes. Nothing will ever top Kiruminzoo though.
>he swallowed the sun
How did the galaxy not implode?
Fresh is my favorite season, good overall story and characters and even the filler is entertaining.
>be Neverending Chaos
>fuse the two worlds and make everyone super happy
I mean, I guess the plan is still to assimilate everything at some point. But I kind of expected more, I don't know, chaos.
>Himawari is like 5 years older than those girls
>probably the smallest of the three
I love you guys so much!
Is that a sharpen filter I see? What's wrong with this video quality?
>liking it only because it's a girl
That's very rude. Baby boys are cute, too. Don't be sexist.
Yeah it's lame. There's a bunch of this crap too, where two frames get crunched together. There's an unsubbed BD release that looks a lot better if you're interested in seeing that wig monster fight again for example.
>can't love boys the same way
Why? Because you wouldn't want to fuck it if it was a boy? Love doesn't equal sex, nimrod.
>Because you wouldn't want to fuck it
No. I mean that's part of it, sure, but I just can't get very affectionate towards boys. I think it's not very unusual a thing to happen, girls are just more endearing.
Don't get ahead of yourself, but yeah it's pretty hip.
That borderline sakuga dance at the end made the whole dancing sub-plot worth it. I wish other seasons gave their Cures a goal to work towards like that more often. Nagisa/Saki/Haruharu were missing something, I felt.
Haruka had a goal, but I'll venture to say that each of the three first cures embodied a different view on striving to achieve your dreams. Look at Haruka not as someone with a dream that is vague or "impossible" according to some people, but as someone who is constantly disparaged by others and told that she can't do it. "You can't be a doctor, you're not smart enough." "You can't be a musician, they never succeed." "You can't be a writer, they don't make any money." She goes through several phases of believing in herself and self-doubt, but ends up showing that true dreams never end.
Just to continue, Minami is someone who grew up thinking she had a clear vision for her future, but then is torn between that and a newfound passion. Kirara takes pride in her perfection, but doesn't want to do it at all if she can't be 100% devoted. In any case, Haruka had a clear goal and worked toward it, and achieved it in the end.
>Desumast fused the worlds
>he's going to bring chaos and absorb all life
>well I guess that could be a problem
>also it's his fault the oranges didn't grow properly
>MOTHER FUCKER I'LL KILL HIM
I think Mirai needs to reconsider her priorities.
Mirai caring more about food than anything else (and in this case people's lives) is nothing unusual for her. At least they keep her character consistent.
Sure it wasn't her brightening up the mood once again. I literally dare say no precure ever cared half as much for her friends or the world as Mirai does.
Compare her to the other selfish girls that have the nerve to call them her equals and it should be obvious why Mirai is the only real pure goddess that she is.
Mirai is one of the most selfish cures ever, though. She doesn't fight for the sake of others. She fights because the bad guys get in the way of her peaceful waku waku life.
Which could have been interesting if she had any actual character focus throughout the course of the show.
Now saying she's selfish is at least as stupid as what you're replying to.
She fights bad guys because she is willing to step up and protect those that are important to her.
If that's selfish, then everything can be perceived as selfish to be honest.
Knowing Maho, I wouldn't be surprised if they gave it an entire episode for after the fight. Kind of like Suite did but it won't be as good and they will just be doing random unimportant shit.
The best would be them spending one final day together in peace before the worlds are split forever. The worst would be them spending one day apart before random magic fixes everything with no consequences.
>is willing to step up and protect those that are important to her
That's the key point. She only starts caring when it interferes with her or those she knows. Does that mean she is the most selfish person ever? No, of course not. But compared to other Cures, who willingly go out of their way to stop a bad guy who isn't bothering them. Yes, she is very selfish.
Every Cure does things to protect people/things important to them you fucking idiot, and Mirai is no different, she would go out of her way to fight any menace.
Just because you want to see her in a bad light for whatfuckever reason, it won't make you right.
>the worlds are split forever
GoPri was the only season with the guts to do that and stick with it and not wuss out. Maho will end with both worlds being freely traveled to one another and you know it.
It's weird because they made it sound like Mirai and Riko brought the worlds together, but this week it was pretty clearly supposed to be Chaos that did it for easier chewing.
It's unravelling already.
Literally my introduction to Fresh.
Shit, yeah. Nagisa got mad at so many stupid (but evil) things.
But I don't think GoPri's final-final fight was misplaced, though. For them to defeat the big evil but then be confronted with the fact that what she represented still exists was a neat way of wrapping the moral the story up.
I hope Whip and Custard will make just as amazing pink-yellow combo.
Fresh's character designer made this for Eas day.
>This is in my jewtube history now
>I can only guess what jewtube's fucked up algorithm will put in my recommendations
My perceptions of each season pretty much got better and more solidified after vacating precure threads for a while. Suite wasn't as terrible as I thought, Doki was a fun ride despite everybody wanting Mana's ass, and Milky Rose wasn't as terrible as shitposters liked to say.
Delete the video, profit.
