I love it so much, your style of chibi works perfectly with this kind of drawing and that munching expression has an illegal level of cuteness. Everything about the drawing just screams "adorable!", especially the tiny party hat and the shine in his eyes. I can't get enough of that expression and those cute pinchable cheeks.

Don't worry about the hair, it's pretty complicated to draw and it looks lovely in chibi style too, great work! Also I'm impressed with that strawberry ice cream cup, the painting technique is super cool and the way the chibi slightly stands out because of the different colouring is so nice.
