The problem is not the lolis themselves, but that I don't know for sure that they won't develop big wobbly juggs somewhere in their teens. I can only appreciate a DFC if I know it won't go anywhere.

The chests of women tend to be a spectrum, so we need to introduce the cutoff for this thread. Are we talking flat as in A cup or less? B cup or less? I think we could all agree that C or bigger is too big and ugly as fuck. Personally I like B cup and lower, but I'm not sure if you guys would all consider a B cup "flat". Let me know, okay?

In this picture I'd say Saya is drawn with B cups. (It's been so long since I've actually seen boobs it's getting a bit hard to judge, but I'm fairly certain about it) In the anime she has A cups for sure, but that's not the point. In my opinion, B cups are the cutoff of a flat chest because while the girl has noticeable breasts, they're not especially prominent. They're enough to give a feminine shape while being what most people would consider small. I prefer flat chests, but I'm willing to go up to a B cup, anything larger and it's a turn off.
But this is all subjective. I guess I'm asking how strict we're being in this thread about what is a 'fat chest'. I think people would say that a girl with B cups is small, but she's also not totally flat.
