One of the animators working on the project complained (I forget the exact wording, but it was very petulant) about how they have to accommodate the original author's useless demands or something to that effect. A mangaka unaffiliated with the project or author tweeted "Then make your own anime, faggot" which generated tremendous approval on Twitter and criticism of the animator.

I do love trains and wanted to learn more about them. But this anime didn't give that to me. I was looking forward to this anime especially since the main heroine had one of my favorite VAs. I was very disappointed by how it turned into a harem with excessive fanservice.
