Pretty much >>152221889 for post, or Ryougi. Alucard showboats too much just like Momoyo and would easily let them get the first hit in, or five. Pre-Schroedinger can be killed by lots and lots of people as it's just a matter of bringing enough firepower to kill him a fuckload of times. However if you also want them to be "human" for PRE, it becomes a bit harder as humans who can do that and are still just humans is a tall order. Nanoha or something.

He doesn't really have any way to beat a time stop. You can say what you want about him, but Pre-Schrodinger Alucard doesn't have much in way of conceptual power. The only way to beat someone who can stop time is by being able to stop time. Not to mention that DIO's time stop wasn't actually limited to 11 seconds, and was actually growing longer every time he used it.
