Off the top of my head for Isekai the closest you will probably get is Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica and even then there is no dicking (in the anime, but apparently happens later in the LN), just plenty of sexual harassment. He will just stand on the ceiling while they are changing/showering or feel them up or make them piss themselves at one point. Even then it is hardly exactly an Isekai and more what happens when one is over.

And at the risk of sounding like a nostalgiafag, the average isekai back in the day was a lot better than the average isekai these days. Not to say there wasn't some shit too, because there was, but they were on average better quality writing, less formulaic, less shallow wish fulfillment.

Personally I see Konosuba as just another in a long line of lighthearted fantasy comedies. It may have an isekai premise but it has more in common with Slayers, Rune Soldier, stuff like that than most "serious" isekai.
