Regardless of how it is, the essence of my point remains unchanged - though it was the case that even Rubra had some of its members be stronger than others in battle, they were extremely capable and could hold their own.

That's a good point but even Negima wasn't heavily marketed. Merch was next to impossible to find and the series never was adapted properly, even during the height of it's popularity.

My hope is that UQ is adapted faithfully and not only will it jumpstart interest in the series, but it will also do so for it's predecessor.
