What I mean by that is that you looked at the reference and tried to copy the lines on your paper as they appeared in the photo. Without really understanding what shapes in space they represent so in turn there is no way your lines can properly capture the form of your subject.
It's quite hard to see the 3d forms in a flat photo before you have some experience in drawing them, that's why people recommends practice from life where you can actually see what you draw.

I would just recommend you find the price point that makes it so you feel like you can do your best on art without worrying about trying to rush in order to become time efficient. It's impossible to say that every single piece you do will be the same time so make sure to give yourself some leeway too. I've done commissions that were worth 5$ an hour, maybe less. I've also done some that finished at 20/hour. You'll do some faster, some slower. Find an average.
Start at the VERY least 20 for the work you linked. Personally I think you should start at 30+. Take maybe 3-5 commission slots. Figure out if you are satisfied working at that pace. Raise or adjust prices for your next round of commission spots. Rinse repeat until you are conformable.
Now, the last thing. This is the most important or you won't get any returning customers at all.
Do your job. Like actually fucking do it. Don't dally. Don't make excuses. Be honest and do good work.
