Idk man, I watched from Bake all the way to Tsuki (airing order) where I eventually dropped it. I get the whole Shaft studio artistic aspect, it's pretty amazing. But even a great studio can't save a poorly written show with no plot

Honestly I should have dropped it a lot sooner, at Nise, because I had a gut feeling that it probably wasn't going to get any better. And it didn't.

well there certainly is a collection of poorly-written short stories that are barely even related, but it pretty much just devolves into "A new monster/ghost/supernatural to fight every week", like Scooby Doo, but with less entertainment value.

It's incredibly overrated, though not necessarily bad. I think it's a case of Emperor's New Clothes, where everyone is afraid to say they don't like it, similar to how everyone pretends to like Shakespeare so people will think they're "deep" and sophisticated.

Ore is the best in the series, though. I think they got a different studio for that, though. By the way he's Araragi's son
