You'd have to discard some fights in favour of others, but I think the plot-relevant (and most character-relevant) bits wouldn't have too much trouble coexisting.

Nasu himself says in Complete Material that if Sakura had treated Shinji like trash and never empathized with him, she would have a much better time. Why would you say that? Rin moved on, had a new man and became a mother in the bad ending while Sakura lost her mind and wasted away, Why would her death suddenly break her when she barely even thinks about Sakura in the first place? It's insane and one of my many issues with Heaven's Feel is how they try to make it out that Sakura is the only reason Shirou and Rin have anything reseblmling normal human emotions. It's even dumber when they try to make her out to be the heroine or that she's actually struggling through her problems when we don't see it. We don't see Sakura's inner thoughts at all other than the crazy ones. She never does a single thing in the route that could be considered a heroine action, she doesn't try to save herself nor does she try to dissuade anyone from saving her. It's hard to even understand if she even cares about Shirou and Rin for who they are rather than what they represent,

Which three days in HF were the cooking days? Cause those days were subjectively dull (they had lots of Shirou Sakura though, so you if you liked that they were okay). They had moments at the end of them with Nightmares and Shadow eating, but those moments were incredibly short compared to the rest of their respective chapters.
