Because the first half of FGO by Nasu was thought as Solomon/Doctor Roman's story. I wonder if it wouldn't have been better to just make it a novel, game or VN on his POV instead of having a bland, blank unoteworthy self-insert mc which has absolutely no drawn in. Even Hakuno had this 'fake person trying to be a real one' baggage which gave them some kind of interest and mystery. It would have been better for the protagonist to be amnesiac Solomon as human (younger who wants to be a doctor, for example) to explore the themes and have a protagonist who is more than some hollow puppet. He'll even work for haremshit because it's fucking Solomon, who had 700 wives and 300 concubines.

The reverse heroic spirit concept and story were far too good and was wasted on this.

Well we haven't seen Agravain fight, other than the time he almost died against a impaired lancelot so, i don't think he's stronger than gawain.
I dislike them both but i'm pretty sure Numeral gawain is easily one of if not the strongest person in the RT for those 3 hours.
