Devilman took 5 volumes to reach a conclusion that other manga would have taken 30 volumes to reach to. This is why it's the most perfect manga ever made. You can find everything other manga has done, in only 5 volumes.

When you read Devilman, you basically conquer the whole medium which means you don't have any other reason to read any other manga, since they're all going to be the same shit as Devilman, just longer and with more unnecessary variations. When that happens, you graduate from manga, and you can now actually invest your precious time in much better literature like books about philosophy, politics and history.
