Regular because it's appalling how generic and unoriginal battle harems are.

Regular school harems being generic and unoriginal is forgivable to a certain extent; there's only so much you can do with it. You're going to have your school trip chapter, your summer festival chapter, your onsen chapter, etc, it's unavoidable because specific events like those define a school life.

Battle harems on the other hand have the liberty to come up with as original of a setting and plot as they could possibly wish yet for some reason they all do the exact same fucking shit as all the other ones. It's ridiculous.
