It's a really good what-if doujinshi overall.
It takes a simple concept and actually fleshes it out, expands on it, and takes it on a logical and natural path. Everyone is acting in-character too, you can recognize Vegeta despite him having mellowed out by Earth somewhat and Kakarot's can arguably be considered an OC donut steel but instead of making Goku a generic evil Saiyan or a special snowflake I was always good deep inside just takes the raw battle junkie muh saiyan pride of him.
Heck, not even things like Xenoverse or Heroes expand on their what-ifs as much as this doujin has. And those are official products.
What-ifs like this one are a dime dozen.

They were both around 30000 in anime during their fight (Goku had kaioken and Vegeta was Vegeta). Here pre-water Vegeta is 13000 >>151540612. After water he's probably around anime levels. And in anime Goku trained a lot and overused Zenkai druing his flight to Namek - he was 90000 when he arrived. Later it of course skyrocketed to millions after another Zenkais - but here I'm not sure Goku and Vegeta would even survive fight with Ginyu Force
