Fact remains, Totland really isn't like the other kingdoms they've gone too.

Doesn't really make sense to do Reverie at this point. It took SH months or even longer to get from the other side of Grand Line to the other. And others are suppoused to do that in in time that goes by in WCI and sailing to Wano, what is weeks at most. As much as I love to see the Puddingfags suffer, I must say that Pudding is not evil.
She is clearly acting right now and not before. Her goal is to make Sanji happy, by canceling the wedding and reunite him with his friends. The only way to do that is to bust the marriage. In order to do that she leaks fake plans of big mom to kill the Vinsmokes to the Vinsmokes and the Strawhats. She is ready to being hated by Sanji and the Strawhats in order to save them, because she know that they wouldn't go along with her plan if they would know the truth. Also why would she tell Luffy and Nami anyway if she wasn't planning to make herself an enemy to them so they would be ok to leave her behind? Also, why would she wishper it to them so her brother who guarded Luffy and Nami would her anything? The plan to kill the Vinsmokes during the wedding is clearly fake, because it wouldn't make sense for big mom to do so, since she would get hold of their technology with the marriage anyway. Also waiting till the wedding would also be redundant since they could assassinate them right away, so why waiting?
Her flashback with Lola clearly implied that she will rebel against her mother.
The only thing she didn't planned was that Sanji would see her acting like that.
Probably Sanji will call her out on that and bust her plan by being a cuck and saying stuff like "I will save you anyway, even if you hate me!" and she will start crying like "Baka! I tried to protect you from Mama and your family this way!
