huh , I guess no one on 1 like's 3.0

I liked its art direction and references in design, but the plot didn't make any sense (as 2.0 didn't either) and raised even more questions rather than answered them.
I don't know, I suppose 3.0+1.0 must either rely on the original series as the source of explanation or just cover and explain all the events of previous films to make it worthwhile.

It doesn't make sense because you aren't given the plot, you get one character's impression of the middle of the plot as he's manipulated and then other details to contradict that. It's still bad.
