If you had aked me a month ago I would have said Berserk, but now I would have to say Grand Blue. It may be new, but it is easily my favorite manga by a large margin.

I don't think it's as easy to answer that anymore, I find it better to think of favorites according to genre or age/time period. For ongoing SOLs from this decade I do love Watamote.
