How is she edgy?
She suffers from low self-esteem and depression.
You get more "edge" from Makina, Yumiko and their respective stories.
Amane's story is far more gritty than anything that happened in Michiru's.

Mitcher's alter ego has more chemistry with Protag and also delivers great banter. I also liked her way of positive meddling in the affairs of others without them noticing.

After reading the VN I ended up liking Julia and sensei more than the main girls.
I still like saki the best, but maybe simply because of her voice.
