I just do what my heart

I just save images as-is all in one folder and memorize them by location.

I just name them based on the character in the image, and then the content of the image.
If there are significant words in the image sometimes I will name the image just the words, if its a porn image I usually don't bother naming it as I've deleted my porn folders like 4 times already and rebuilt them for fetish purposes.

My naming logic is consistent enough that sometimes I go to save a duplicate image and I end up naming it the same exact thing, so I can spot the duplicates by a (1).

Isn't it easier to have all your tagged images in one folder?

For instance:

SeriesName_Something_1.jpeg
SeriesName_Something_2.jpeg

Then just type SeriesName in the folder search bar to find the pic you want.

I make a new folder when my computer gets slower and if I have seen an image in the last 3 months or so I will remember in what folder I saved that image.
I have a general folder with folders inside for screenshots from anime and random folders all over my computer with images that I get from here inside them. If you mean only images like >>150734608 I don't download images from specific characters because I don't find an use for that.
