I did the character sorter before I read the LNs, just based on design, anyways you guys asked me to post my opinions after reading them so here goes:

Pukin - The most deranged and sadistic bastard in the entire series so far but nonetheless an accurate representation of Gordon Ramsey's.

Rain Pou - So torn between extreme pity and absolute loathing. It's so horrible what she did to Postarie but the whole experience seems just as awful for her.

Shufflin - This guy is actually pretty cool. I don't think she's truly evil because she doesn't really even seem human. Her and Grim Heart might as well be aliens. The hearts Shufflins are surprisingly pretty cute.
