I wouldn't have picked Endless Night to be the first to become a full show. Power Plant 33 and Iconic Field seem like more obvious pilots for bigger shows, also maybe I Can Friday by Day and the Patlabor Reboot short? I would also watch a Cassette Girl show.

Iseki just designed the characters, he didn't direct it. The character designer works to the director's specifications. He's a capable enough artist.
