Nah, it's fucked. GuP's final 2 episodes got a massive increase in quality, but only because it was a confirmed hit and spending more time and money on it served to increase hype and sales even further.

Long Riders is going to flop hard so they're probably going to try and minimize their losses instead.

They are a small studio that spent 80% of its history working for other people. Before GuP their previous anime project was a decade ago. The fact is they are under-staffed and disorganised.

This is just the natural result of having two weeks that got skipped already. I mean it's not exactly a new delay, it's just the ep 11's slot went to ep 9 and ep 12's slot went to ep 10. The later AT-X marathon gives a chance to broadcast the episodes that fell off the end of the season.
