I don't know. A lot of the visuals in OPM had really inconsistent types of animation and it's very jarring since they're using the Murata version as reference. Mob Psycho feels more consistent with it's animation because the art style allows them to do it. Mimicking Murata's clean art just doesn't work.

It definitely had more action peaks as expected of an action-heavy series, but Mob's peaks were higher imo (episode 8 alone blew everything I saw from OPM out the water, bar maybe the Subterranean dream fight and Boros, and even those I would put slightly below it). Funnily enough the Mob OST v. OPM OST argument is very reminiscent of the Mob animation v. OPM animation, to me. While it's true that Mob has a lot less standout, hype tracks (hard to beat OPM in that department when its soundtrack is 99.99% of bombastic battle themes) I found the overall quality of the soundtrack much higher. Very atmospheric and experimental, with a wide range of moods, styles and music influences (I mean using fucking seamoons of all things for your main theme, how crazy is Kenji Kawai?). Plus the few tracks that did stand out, like Mob, Teru, Reigen or Gratitude's themes, I found myself liking much more than most of what I heard in One Punch.

Mob Psycho's animation is way better than OPM but the OST is shit.
There isn't even a memorable track in Mob while in OPM I could easily hear the OST in my head.
Sometimes simplicity is the best. OPM's OST are simple because it's the mostly1 theme that just have different play speed.
