I think mikazuki is going to be an entirely different character after the next few episodes, the whole show has highlighted that he has subconciously suppressed emotions that have been slowly slipping out when placed under stress, but mika just doesnt realize or understand it, he couldnt understand why he was shaking after fighting the pirates in season 1 or why hes relieved takaki got out. I think mikazuki just doesnt realize how little he trusts mcgillis with the closest we ever got was him being fustrated at having to protect him a few episodes back.

My prediction is shit will get so fucked in the coming episodes that mika simply cant suppress his emotions anymore, atra will indefinetly be a casualty, kudelia whose the only one that seems to understand this about ika will probably try and plop him back up but this time with alot more honesty about his emotions. Though by this point it will be too late to stop mcgillis from fucking things up and potentially tainting orga with delusions of grandure. We will see, its also possible they might just off mika.
