no its not always that specific. no sometimes accidents happen during production and development that would alter it and make some of it unfitting in a sense so to speak like a rushed ending or ending too early in the storyline due to inadequate funds or a decision to stop only at season 1 even though the storyline appears to imply that there should have been a season 2 and 3 for that matter and so on.
