I can't speak for the translator-anon. He comes in and hasn't missed a chapter yet (and does a remarkable job) so when you see stuff gettin' done he can answer that for ya. The translation group Rakuen typesets it when it's all done.

Personally, as a QC, I don't mind getting 1001 suggestions and a good second set of eyes.

Pro-tip on the RAW link for you: it's a week ahead. Yes, the manga comes out every two weeks and that's true for the megaupload, too...but it gets discovered a full week ahead of urasunday. It is also saved as a webp format which is way smaller image files...but something is odd about the artifacting. It's a larger resolution, but I personally don't like it as much. Little things!

The author has two mangas he's running: this and Kengan Asura, both in the same publication. The artists are different, though. This artist works with a LOT of different perspectives and seems younger. It might not always be proportional (I, too, find the limbs to be "tubes" sometimes) but it is interesting and more engaging that all sorts of angles are shown from page to page, panel to panel.

Haven't read the translations, I just remember the word プロテイン getting mixed up at one point so I offered to help with gym terms.

If he's doing a good job, then leave it be. Too many people passing a script back and forth never ends up good. As for the raws, I'm likely going to read them on my phone AT the gym anyways, so artifacting is whatever.

The errors are, frankly, completely my fault anyway. I'm the QC guy for the text and I always miss something because I'm a bad man who keeps rushing to post it in the thread and not spending enough time. When he pops in, see if he's game. I don't think it'll get changed on batoto, though. I don't think you can just outright delete and replace chapters, he'd have to upload V2 chapters and then that just sets up a bad image and other things. It's like posting retractions in newspapers; bad for business.

I don't bodybuild, but my gym is 20 steps away from my pool, so I do about 40-50 minutes of 3x10 push/pull split and then swim until I feel I'm almost sunburned (I'm very white, doesn't take long). Sometimes I'll go running for an hour or two before lifting.

As I said, I don't bodybuild so it's not like I notice a difference in mass gain or anything, but I'd say the "stamina training " aspect makes the DOMS so much worse and burns so many fucking calories. I'm more focused on cardio than size or strength, desu. A positive??? I guess my heart rate is pretty good.

Most men who lift become "forever small" thinking they're never as large and strong as they want to be, the other men who lift never feel like they've made any social change (because they literally don't, you still have to associate with others with your shirt off for that to work). I'm more of a calisthenics guy that trains for strengh over size. Though the past couple of months I've been training with weights in order to meet a certain standard.

I usually do a 15 minute tabata style jump rope session as a finisher two days a week. Though recently I've been doing an intense 4 minute with bodyweight exercises to save time.

As for what does it do? It keeps my body fat on the single digit while allowing me to maintain the bit of size I gained, it also keeps my cardiovascular and respiratory system in good health specially when combined with breathing exercises.

Anyway, if you don't want to just eat chicken every day, try steak and pork and lamb and bacon and other stuff. Your diet should be really diverse. Eat all kinds of stuff, just know that the reason people recommend boneless, skinless chicken breasts is because they are cheap, accessible, easy-to-prepare, tasty, low in calories while high in protein. Other protein sources aren't quite that golden ratio. Doesn't mean you can't have 'em.

Hell, broccoli has good protein content. The point is, if you meet your macronutrient goals, you're likely meeting your micronutrient goals, too. Just gotta watch the calorie count. Unless you're getting HUEG, in which case, gorge yourself, bro.

This manga, from the beginning, has been translated once every other week on 4chan. The TL is the same guy, I've been QC seen Ch 3, and the Typesetter is a guy from Rakuen who gathers it all up and produces the final version under Rakuen's banner. So, it's technically a Rakuen thing, but it's really a 4chan Danberu thread thing.

To answer your question, no, the TL isn't with the Rakuen group and Rakuen is not officially buying the tankoban (that I at least know of) in order to scanlate that. I encourage you to buy the tankoban in order to support the manga and show Japan we love it and wholeheartedly approve of you sharing it with us at 4chan, though.

I mean, I'm just guessing that 'super core time' is spelled, or has a portion of it spelled, in kana, and since I can't really read it, I'm just checking the characters that reoccur in each speech bubble.

I mean, legs are the foundation of your body, focusing on them isn't really bad for health reasons. I don't think anyone can focus too much on one muscle group to the detriment of their entire physique or even call it bad...unless they're roiding so the results are magnified.

Compound lifts will even out the imbalances anyway.

Well, "easier" is comparative. If it wasn't as hard, your probably should've used more weight. If it wasn't as fun, that's common for everyone.

I'd say if you're worried about it, just slip in a compound lift. Maybe deadlift, maybe clean and jerk. Maybe bench. It'll incorporate muscle groups you have confidence in but the much weaker groups will grow exponentially faster in comparison to "catch up" to the weight you could do in other exercises. Won't be easy. Nobody wants to lift this heavy ass weight!!

I'll break it down for you. Read starting strength, start with those routines. Ignore all diet advice from the book.

At the gym, ask big guys for a spot on the bench. Bench is the only one you really need a spot for, and serious lifters are the nicest, most encouraging people you'll find. The curl bros with big biceps and chicken legs are faggots; avoid them.
