The 90s were shit everywhere.

The 80s were heavily inspired from the US but when US culture collapsed into niggerism in the 90s, Japan did the right thing and took their own path. It took some time but they formed a proper modern culture, which had little to do with acting like an ape, wearing baggy clothes and listening to music produced by criminals whining about the police doing their jobs.
