I wouldn't have watched it if I hadn't been forced to by a close friend at the time. It wasn't really that good. It had its moments I guess, but it wasn't particularly memorable for any reason, other having the best mom in all anime. If that isn't a huge selling point, it's probably not worthwhile, unless you really like tits.

It really didn't have much to do with Witch Blade, but based Studio GONZO didn't give a fuck. Also they pissed off Image Comics (or whoever was publishing it) by ending the series in a way that prevented them from using the animu to spinoff a japanese girl Witchblade series. They were trying hard to establish it as a brand at the time I think, they also had a donut steel MALE witchblade who could use it because these wounds they will not heal the darkness inside my sealed left arm.
