Second OVA came out a while ago

fuck that anime was stupid... I picked it up based ONLY on the prologue, thinking it was gonna be a 3D-rednered kind of jormungand. Nope! Maybe 3 scenes that were operator-core. Everything else was fucking cringy as fuck.

Terror in tokyo is a way better anime that deals with violent societal subversion.(much nicer to look at too)
